Foamco Inc, an established business for over 20 years, is looking to hire a full-time, business professional who is very familiar with the Hudson Valley and surrounding counties and who has many years’ of experience in appointment scheduling and customer service.
We need a highly motivated and positive individual to serve and adapt with our appointment center team and who must also possess: strong organizational and time management skills; high attention and accuracy to detail; proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This individual must also be comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone and via email, as well as performing a variety of administrative tasks and keeping customer records current and updated. The key performance indicator for this position is the conversion of leads to issued appointments which will be kept and monitored daily. We expect this individual to have regular and punctual attendance while supporting management and the mission of the company.
