When it comes to making homes more comfortable, Terri is one of the friendly faces homeowners can count on. As Foamco's NYSERDA Energy Assessor Lead, Terri has spent the last several years helping families understand their homes, improve energy efficiency, and maximize available incentives and rebates.

Terri brings a unique perspective to every project. With a background in architecture and experience owning both a design-build company and a landscaping business, she understands homes from the ground up. Her knowledge of building systems, heating and cooling performance, and home comfort helps homeowners make informed decisions that fit their needs and goals.

Today, Terri works closely with our Empower and Comfort Home customers, guiding them through every step of the process. Whether she's answering questions, identifying opportunities for improvement, or helping navigate project details, her focus is always on making the experience simple, comfortable, and stress-free.

A graduate of Florida State University, Terri was a standout athlete who played women's basketball before continuing her career professionally in France. She brings that same energy, dedication, and teamwork to every homeowner she works with.
