With scheduling, availability, communication and responsiveness you were very good and seemed like you had your act together at each step of the way. The workers were excellent, and efficient. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

When I asked about my preparation the staff could have been more specific that everything needed to be out of the building for the guys to do their work. My guess is that she never saw a job being done. Had to move a lot of stuff I thought would be ok after when the guys came. I could have easily moved it all before. and it wasted about 1/2 hour or more of their time.
